People need more than an individual service when the assignment has moving parts.
An event needs safe access, medical readiness and coordinated arrivals. A disaster can require incident support, field security, personnel movement and essential supplies at the same time. An overseas assignment depends on local expertise and reliable coordination across every handoff.
Simon 24.7 exists to connect those needs. We start with the objective, build the team around it and organize the resources required to carry the plan into the field. Security is one part of that capability. Operational readiness is the purpose that brings it all together.

Simon 24.7 carries forward the operating experience behind The Simon Agency. The business began in Las Vegas as Simon Protection Group, also known as SPG Worldwide, and developed through investigations, protective operations, live events and explosive-detection canine work.
Simon Event Group
Dozens of concerts, festivals, movie productions and conventions developed the event business before the pandemic disrupted live events.
Explosive detection
An in-house canine section added explosive-detection experience. Canine assignments transitioned to external service providers in 2025.
A broader mission
The next chapter connects that operating history with medical resources, emergency response support and global security and logistics.

Leadership shaped by public service and real operations.
Jonathan Simon served in the U.S. Air Force Security Police, Henderson Police Department and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, retiring as a police sergeant in 2014.
His investigative and supervisory experience, followed by corporate HR leadership and private-sector operations, shaped the company he founded. That background informs our emphasis on preparation, sound judgment, clear responsibilities and accountability in the field.
Today, he leads The Simon Agency and Simon 24.7’s next chapter, bringing an established operating foundation to a wider readiness mission.

The Operational Readiness Network (ORN) supports the coordination of personnel and specialized resources for domestic and international assignments. We can deploy globally by bringing assigned personnel and local or specialist providers together around the needs of the operation.
Each deployment is shaped by the destination, operating conditions, required credentials and available resources. Medical, transportation, aviation and other specialist providers are coordinated within a defined scope, with responsibilities and handoffs established before mobilization.
